All ceremonies that I DO Weddings In The Smokies perform are performed at your place of lodging or predetermined destination. We do not perform chapel weddings. If you are looking for a chapel wedding please do not continue with this reservation request. We also do not have cabins for rent you will need to contact a cabin/overnight rental company for your lodging accommodations.

Our Guest limit is (10) ten per ceremony. That includes children and adults. This means that you can have a total of 12 people with Bride and Groom. There are no exceptions. Please indicate the amount of guest below.

We Do Not Perform Wedding Ceremonies On Sundays. Please Do Not Request A Date That Lands On Sunday.

You must choose two date and time slots.  The 1st request is not always available. We will tentatively put you down on the books for whichever date and time is available.  When we receive your reservation request we will e-mail you all the information that you need to secure your reservation request.  Your reservation request will not be secured until we receive your  payment.

Before you submit this Reservation Request, please read the Reservation, Cancellation and Snow Policies below.

 Reservation Policy
Once you have filled out the request form, submit the form and we will respond to you via E-Mail. When we have secured a date and time for your ceremony, all you will need to do is send a check or money order within 5 mailing days. SORRY BUT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE. Once we have received payment for the ceremony, we will confirm your ceremony via E-Mail. If at any time you have questions about your ceremony, do not hesitate to E-Mail us at: reservations@idoweddingsinthesmokies.com  and we will respond to your questions as soon as possible. You can also call us at our toll free number (866-289-1605). A wedding specialist is waiting to answer your questions.

 Cancellation Policy
Once a payment is received, you may cancel up to 15 days prior to wedding date with a 90% refund. 10% will be withheld for processing fees. If you cancel 14 days prior to the wedding date 50% of the deposit will be withheld.

 Snow Policy
In the event of snow or ice in our area, we will not be able to perform your wedding ceremony. We will make every effort to contact you to find out what you would like to do. We can refund all of your money via US Mail or we can delay the wedding ceremony to a later date and time either during your stay or another month entirely. We do not want to scare you, but we do want you to be aware of our policy regarding inclement weather. We typically receive snow in December, January, February and sometimes in March.
